They are both nice - the marina side is probably more quiet, but you will miss out on all the neat things that you see on the bay side (like the huge cruise ships coming and going, the beautiful sailboats and yachts enjoying a day on the water and the fast recon vessels that originate from the Marine Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Centre.
