1. in Azusa (Rodeway Inn) where I felt scared for our lives (somehow the handful of reviews were positive) it was SUCH A RELIEF to come to Dolphin Inn for 2 nights and have that 'peace of mind for my soul' in feeling safe, taken care of, and the layout is like a little community.

3. Although the motel does not have a swimming pool this pales into insignificence because of it's position and the fantastic welcome and care on offer.

4. It's position facing the marina is perfect and nearby Shelter Island is just a short stroll away.

5. Some of the positives of the Dolphin include: great service and hospitality (the staff members were always happy and willing to help, the owner even gave my partner and I a ride out to Point Loma to see the Fort Rosecrans Cemetery and the Cabrillo National Monument).
