6. The 'partial' part I guess was because it was on the 1st floor and the gate around the premises blocked an unhibited view? Loved the individual patio (w/ every room), we thought the breakfast was good (was advertised as 'new', possibly changed since a previous review stated it was poor?).

7. As a youngster growing up at kennel on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu I'd gaze over the wall at the ocean; as a guest at PTH (from Santa Fe, new Mexico) I gaze from the balcony, inhale deeply, and feel young again.
