7. She never explained why I was assessed the fee to begin with, a mistake perhaps? I don't care either way, but I can't help but thinking that, had I not called right away to complain, that fee would have stuck.

10. With San Diego so beautiful you would wonder why I even cared about the room but it truly was wonderful to wake up to the waves and the view with my wife.
