2. Same theme with the ladies at the cafe, best turkey panini ever, at the reception desk when you had a questions, at the lobby when you listened to music, even the room service, specially the late afternoon service, all pure and simnple pampering.

From the moment you registered to the moment you depart you have a feeling of a special place, managed by special people that have an incredible special staff, like Paul, to whom I requested something different for my 3 year old grand daugher, as soon as we hit the pool, his answer was, 'of course our job is to pamper you'.
