2. I was surprised as there website has no place for feedback, nor do they seek any? I find that odd and overconfident that they are not always trying to get better and take the true 'temperature' of their Guests and their experiences during their stay? So I will voice my opinion here as there is no way to inform them directly:1) Upon arrival Day 1 we tried to go to lunch.

8. Tucked away in Carmel Valley, this gem on the side of the hill, surrounded by an amazing golf course is like an onion you peel away and find better and better layers as you dive deeper.

10. Upon departing from our room in the morning we were greeted by a cheerful, smiling maid who wished us a wonderful morning and an even better day; turning the corner, a maintenance worker waived hello, smiled to us and shouted 'GOOD MORNING.
