2. The beds were not as comfortable as in the past; I assume they have replaced their wonderfully soft & cushiony mattresses with the hard as a board (read CHEAP) ones usually found in budget-priced motels.

4. The desk clerk welcomed us and asked if we wanted an early breakfast before we went to our room where we found the bed turned down with soft music playing and ice in the ice bucket.
