2. We walked everywhere from this hotel, except when we went the missions in south San Antonio such as Mission Concepcion and Mission San Jose.

3. (Why do most hotels have these drafty wall- mounted air conditioners)? The property is only a couple of blocks from Market Square, which at least this time of year, didn`t have much going on at night except for a couple of good Mexican restaurants.

5. This Fairfield Inn reminded us of a fairly new Motel 6, except the room was a lot larger.
