1. We opted to self park with in and out privleges and the short walk to parking garage was pleasant and a lot less hassle than valet.

2. Location is in the center of downtown, across the street from the Convention Center, on the Riverwalk (in fact the breakfast restaurant is adjacent to the Riverwalk, which makes for a pleasant eating experience), a couple of blocks from the Alamo.

Hotel staff is pleasant and efficient, rooms are improving, elevators are quick, and the location is excellent as it is ON the Riverwalk, next door to the Fig Tree and Little Rhein restaurants (REALLY GOOD), close to Shilo's deli (CHEAP AND GOOD), across the street from the convention center and a short walk from the Alamo.

9. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful in answering questions and making sure our lost luggage was immediately brought up to our room after finally being delivered to the hotel.
