1. The manager came in to change sheets and bring towels (all staff was very nice and tried their best).

4. Thankfully, there is a nice restaurant downstairs serving good food and the location is good with most things within walking distance.

5. We had a small patio on the second floor that looked out to the street, which was nice to just sit and relax after walking on the riverwalk.

6. not so cute :( The staff was very nice and the doggie in the lobby was adorable, but this place needs more than a makeover and to call it a luxury hotel just isn't honest.

7. All in all a comfortable place to stay and it was made even more comfortable because of the onsite restuarant- Insignia - which served excellent food and offered a very nice atmosphere for relaxing after a hard day in the booth.

10. Though all of our activites were within walking distance, it was nice to have the option to be dropped off and picked up in the Escalade by a friendly Faimount staff member.
