this hotel would have gotten a full 4-5 stars for me, but when i booked the room they stated that the valet parking was
free
for bookings in the presidential suite (which i booked in part to take advantage of that amenity).

This turned out to be an excellent stay- fast and
free
wifi, ice was delievered within 5-10 minutes of requesting it, a few (long) blocks to the riverwalk prime touristy areas.

The warm homely welcome, the view of the Tower from our room, the little patio garden for

hot chocolate whilst stroking the hotel labrador was like having a real rest away from home rather than being in a formal hotel environment.
