4. There is a noticeable fee but for the aggravation of saving a few bucks down the street, you're better off having these guys take care of you.

6. It's very dark, which is part of the romance, but I would have preferred the check-in counter to be brighter so you can see your paperwork better, as well as inside the rooms just in case you need it brighter.

9. Only knocks, valet parking was a bit expensive, would have been better if I used the in/out whenever feature but I literally just parked my car for the night.

10. **I sent this review to the hotel and the Director of Operations - Robert Leyva responded with a very nice email, letting me know that the situation would be discussed with the staff and that perhaps a better strategy would be discussed as well.
