1. The only reason I am not giving an excellent rating is the food in the restaurant is very mediocre.

7. I'm not sure about other travelers but, in my view, when a guest requests a wake-up call, it usually means they need to get up at that time for whatever reason.

10. Great location, reasonable rates and convenient shuttle service; however, my room on the 6th floor seemed to have some kind of laundry rail system right above it that started about 5:00am.
