2. (It was about 11AM and check in time is 15h00) Why not upgrade me to a room with a fridge free of charge? Because I already got too good a deal through Expedia?WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? Absolutely not unless the housekeeping practices were corrected.

6. Sadly, there is no breakfast room service card to hang on the door prior to retiring for the night, meaning you must get up and order breakfast or trust an order placed the night before was documented and correctly prepared for delivery at a specific time.
