1. Free shuttle to and from airport but we could have done without the argument between the shuttle driver and airport security over where to park.

The staff at the hotel were really, super nice - helped me figure out how to get where I wanted to go & how to get there, & on the last day when I had several hours before I had to get to the airport, they stashed my bag in a locked, secure closet so I could walk around without lugging my stuff.

4. security doors were left open on the second floor and I mentiond it to the front desk with no results or response.
