1. I would say customer service in general is lacking throughout the entire state in Utah, and you will find an exceptional example of that at the Plaza.

2. When we returned from the concert we were starving, but there was nothing close that was open, and there are no vending machines in the hotel, except for soft drinks.

7. I didn`t use any of the hotel amenities except the restaurant next door which I thought was a decent family restaurant and also a good value.
