3. The en-suite had just a compact shower enclosure which again was clean but had the unusual feature of a high step into the room which you had to be very careful of.

4. Not only did the Carlton Hotel display the best service that I had ever received from a hotel, they went well out of their way to make sure we had transportation to the TRAX pickup each day, and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of to the fullest extent.
