1. There is a nice ski shop next door to the Hotel with a huge assortment of ski items and clothes, along with discount ski tickets to all of the resorts.

2. The hotel was VERY crowded (kids running the halls at midnight, huge breakfast lines, no room at pool or hottub, no tables available in the atrium, etc) but when you go during ski season that's to be expected I suppose.
