1. I was surprised to find that they have turn-down service that came in while I was out to dinner and left a mint on the pillow and a plush bath robe on the foot of the bed.

4. The lobby is like something from the past, plush carpets, artwork on the walls, huge flower arrangements, comfortable sofas and chairs, surrounded by a nicemagazine/newspaper/sundry store, and an over the top clothing store and an espresso kiosk.
