3. Possibly the thing on the coffee shop menu that I've ordered the most in recent years is the Cobb Salad, which among other things comes with three prawns as good as any available in Salt Lake.

6. It's a very 'unassuming' place with a great gym and indoor/outdoor pool, nice banquet facilities, good restaurants, and nice rooms.

9. There's a little coffee bar in the lobby - excellent pastries and good tea (I don't do coffee, can't vouch for that) at reasonable prices.
