8. Overall the service was wonderful, desk staff were friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and comfortable whether you're there for business or leisure, breakfast and amenities were awesome, and the value was excellent.

10. After 30 minutes of waiting and realizing it wasn't going to heat up no matter how long I gave it, I took the key back and told the desk girls that the sauna didn't work, and I wondered whether the other one might? They giggled at each other and said it was worth a try.
