4. Service at Denny's (free breakfast) was very quick and pleasant, also much better than my last stay, although last time I was travelling with several colleagues, and this time I was alone, which could have made a difference.

8. It was odd that I had to call Best Western Rewards while I was standing in front of the Reservation Desk to get a better price for my room (only saved $9), but that is a sign of the times we live in, probably not the fault of the Hotel.
