1. The staff at the hotel gave my husband directions to the nearest open store to get soft drinks since we were not going to pay 2$ per bottle of soda and they helped him find transportation to get there.

2. Room had a really large LCD flat screen tv, granite topped tables, fluffy comfy bedding, sparkling clean bathroom with a lit light switch for easy locating in the night, clean carpet with enough padding that it was actually soft on bare feet, plenty of pillows, lots of lighting.

3. Room service dinner was not hot (eggplant parm), and the salad was supposed to be soft lettuce, but was romaine - the presentation of the salad was nice, but WAS MISSING DRESSING.
