3. Also when I went to complain about not being satisfied about no room cleaning, UN-authorized transaction on our account and lack of linens/towels in a hotel with 19 floors they couldn't care less.

4. As for the restaurant, we went up for breakfast our first morning and were taken care of by the one waitress taking care of all of the patrons.

5. She gave us a lecture for seating ourselves when we told her we waited quite a while at the stand she then complained that that was not her fault, there was no way she could take care of everything at one time.
