3. They need to re-evaluate their attitudes, pay attention to their customer satisfaction guarantee, prepare for big events and have the staff cleaning rooms before 10am with 2 or 3 maids per floor, and make sure you have more than adequate amounts of linens, towels, etc.

6. The AC is a wall unit which is more than adequate at cooling the room, but generally I`m not a big fan of wall units because of the noise.
