1. Because of the location and access to public transportation we were able to park the car and leave it there for 3 days for free and no one messed with the car, but parking spots were limited.

7. The positives about this hotel are that it is in a good location (in the free transportation zone close to a street car stop and a bus stop to the Max), is near a few good pizza restaurants and coffee houses, and the staff was pretty friendly.

8. It is a 6-block walk to Waterfront park and the free streetcar stop directly in front to take me anywhere in Portland.
