The only temp control is the vent control, so that it controls the temperature inside the room - not the most
efficient
way as some people might need heat in summer.

There was a sign near the temp control that explained how the heating and cooling systems worked - there was also a stand fan in our room which indicates that the personnel knew that the air conditioning was not operating

ly.
