4. Dirty, uncomfortable rooms, bathroom a mess, soap dish falling off the wall, extremely noisy with the train going by all night right outside the window, very unpleasant and nasty staff at the front desk, very bad parking situation and didn't care that their lot was full and we had to go across the street to pay to park again and our rental car got damaged.
