1. Yes, it look like a small budget hotel from outside but you will definitely have a nice sleep on comfy bed.

2. The room was clean and the bed was comfy but the tv was in a cabinet that had doors that didn't fold back, so you were forced to watch tv sitting in bed.

3. Overall the beds were very comfy the room was clean, there really wasn't a lot of airplane noise, even right by the airport, and the hotel is decent and close to other activities.
