The Ramada was informed of this matter, their response was ' there are no bedbugs in this establishment' I asked them to at least check the room that we stayed in, i did'nt excpectthem to tell me if they had found bedbugs, I simply wanted them to check and to take care of the problem if there was one, I also left msg with their general manager, nobody has called me back.

2. Most of the time I'll call and will get the response that the shuttle will be there in 20 minutes or so (it's only about 6 minutes to the terminal from the hotel.
