The Ramada was informed of this matter, their response was ' there are no bedbugs in this establishment' I asked them to at least check the room that we stayed in, i did'nt excpectthem to tell me if they had found bedbugs, I simply wanted them to check and to take care of the problem if there was one, I also left msg with their general manager, nobody has called me back.

3. To make matters worse, the desk clerk { DEE } did not seem to care at all and appeared to be in a haze when i told her about how the cleaning crew barged in the room on my wife while she was in the bathroom while i had gone to the car for several items.
