1. I planned my company's annual conference at this hotel, and I have to say that I was unbelievably surprised by the friendliness of all the employees and by the eagerness to accommodate to our needs.

6. We found out at check-in that the reduced AAA rate did not include breakfast but the hotel clerk accommodated us anyway by upgrading us to a Club Room which came with Club member continental breakfast on the 4th floor.
