4. I had to swift cards and the person at the front desk didn't like it and although I ask THREE times to confirm that no chardes were made to the other card, guess what? Ironically I even felt that this women felt annoyind by me asking three times.

5. This felt like a new hotel; the room and bathroom were very clean; the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

6. The rooms are noisy and you can hear the people next to you but like most, we're just trying to get a good nights sleep so everyone in my area was quiet at night.

7. As others have written, this is a typical Fairfield Inn so it has few ameniies and frills but the rooms are clean, the price is right, and they have some useful amenities like free internet, free breakfast and a free shuttle to airport.

8. We also liked the location in that we were minutes away from Cascade Station- a new shopping center with several restaurants.

10. So, if you do not have a car and would like to go to the city, you can probably get a shuttle to the airport and take the tram from the airport to the city.
