1. I really like the river view rooms; they have a patio that looks out over a nice walking path along the river.

6. I appreciate the aesthetic of the sail/water theme but I imagine it wouldn't be that great during the summer if you wanted to sit outside and not feel like strangers were listening to you or perhaps it just wouldn't feel that private.
