5. It is an old-school kind of hotel, where there is no swimming pool and you will pay (though not a lot) for things like toothbrushes, but what a special experience to stay in a beautiful, historic place with such wonderful staff.

10. London Grill a WONDERFUL restaurant with great ambiance, service and food - but out-of-town corporate management, lacking email marketing expertise, has decided to close it; thereby removing one of the best reasons to choose the Benson.
