1. Feels like a boutique hotel, with excellent service, small but comfortable rooms, yet amazing bathrooms (big shower, separate soaking tub).

6. downtown location, helpful friendly staff, nice work-out room with chilled towels & water, optional 24 hour room service (Daily Grill is attached), and little extras everywhere, like an assortment of daily newspapers each morning.

9. There are many things I really like about this property that makes me come back:-Parking is convenient (I park on the street for free since I work outside of Portland, I'm usually out of there before 8am when meters begin)-Jacob at the front desk is always so helpful, friendly and efficient.

10. Hotel itself is nice, may not be the 'best' in Portland, but if you're like me and basically only use the hotel for sleeping, you can't beat the convenience of the location.
