2. The bad (if anything):-one elevator was out of order - not a big deal, but was told was not allowed to take the stairs up so long waits for the elevator-complete, amazing renovation, except for the 1970's toilet.

The front desk staff was exceptional, going out of their way to offer suggestions, directions, research information for us, answer every question we had (including how they manage to change the light bulbs that are built into the backs of the mirrors), and always greeted everyone who came in, even when they were very busy.
