1. It's not new but they've done a fantastic job of updating while maintaining old world charm.

6. The location is fantastic - you can walk downtown Portland flat from here - the river is 2 blocks, Voodoo donuts and Stumptown coffee are on the same block (although there are alot of homeless people around - I wouldn't let my young teens out without me).
