3. After reading some of the other reviews I wasn't sure but we had nothing to complain about, the staff was nice and tried to help us out and gave us advice on restaurants, what to do and what to see.

7. If not for the really helpful people in the Society Hill Restaurant downstairs (which is a separate business, and a separate owner), I wouldn't have had a key or been able to have a room.
