1. It was very clean and updated (room decor was modern and walls appeared to have been painted in the last few years) but it had no frills.

2. The sitting room and bathroom were pleasant: simple and clean, but the bedroom had all its pictures removed (hooks still in the wall and faded paint from where pics were) and desperately needs a new coat of paint.

7. We also didn't receive room service once during our stay, this wasn't a problem as we just asked when we needed clean towels etc but I expect to receive room service at least once in a 7 night stay.

10. Everything was clean and comfy apart from the shower curtain, there seemed to be a bit of mood on the bottom, and it didn't sit properly so when you showered the whole bathroom got wet.
