1. We complained to the front desk who did not care, only telling us that if anything was missing they were not responsible.

2. when we questioned the front desk they replied that it was not their responsibility, again, after several cuss words they had a maid come to clean the room-The whole towel issue was due to a fabric shower curtain that allowed all the water from the shower to flood the floor, thus requiring the need for every towel to sop up all the water every day.
