4. I dont think the bugs care if your clean or not, I do think that clean hotels care weather or not they have bed bugs.

7. Too date we never had a problem, but since two others reported they did, I don't know if the rooms we stayed in weren't infested or if they have taken care of the problem.

10. When I called the manager Bob Pattel to report my outrage at the way his staff treated me and the one-hour wait at the airport, he pawned me off to yet another staff member who also didn't really care.
