1. When we used the stairway the bottom landing had trash in all over the hall and also smelled like cigarette smoke.

In short, no assistance was given when requested for the faulty air conditioner, no explanation was given for the disturbance to rest from the fire alarm, if you are on medication that needs to be refrigerated, you are made to feel like an inconvenience to the efficiency of the front desk, and when you complain in writing, they do not acknowledge or respond to your letter.

7. Only one TV so if you don't like what's on you have few options but watch in your room.
