1. Overall it was a good experience, for the cheaper rates (not worth the $160 considering it was just a fold-out queen bed when we requested a king, and we were booked a smoking room then told we were placed in a non-smoking area and couldn't be moved.

3. Altough it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area, I would spend more next time at the Hyatt up the road or one of the bed and breakfasts a few blocks away.

One of the cheaper finds in downtown Philly, when we arrived the shuttle was broken and thus we were left to our own devices for transportation to and from the historical area, something that was quite a challenge with parking at $18/night and my 68-year old mother who cannot walk long distances.
