1. While I wouldn't call the rooms dirty, the disrepair and worn, tired look makes you feel like it is dirty.

4. The location is very convenient to tourist attractions like the Liberty Bell, Constitution Center, and Independence Hall, and Chestnut Street is lined with a multitude of dining and drinking options.
