1. I have been staying at this hotel for over a decade and Jessica, the general manager and Craig the morning manager have always treated me like family.

3. Really, what more could one ask for? Amazing location, terrific restaurants nearby, good breakfast at the hotel (love the liberty bell waffles) and generous late check-out.

5. Loved the provision of tea and cookies every afternoon, breakfast was plentiful, although could have done with a bit more fruit, staff generally very helpful and friendly.
