2. The hotel states that the cars are kept offsite and they are not responsible for article in the car, but I feel it is their responsibility to ensure belongings are secure, especially since the valet parking is mandatory.

3. After calling down for a hairdryer and then waiting an hour and still no delivery, the front desk never had one delivered and didn't seem to understand that wet hair and the need for a dryer in the morning before going out was an immediate response item.
