3. We arrived tired and hungry but the we checked in quickly, and when we arrived in the room, the hotel clerk, (Frank I think) called to see if we were happy and needed anything.

4. The front desk staff wasn't the most friendly but that's a minor complaint; overall it was a great place to stay that I'd be happy to stay at again.

5. When looking for a hotel in Philly that accepts pets, we looked at the city and suburbs and I'm most certainly happy we chose this hotel.

Upon check-in, were were wished a happy anniversary by the front desk and within 10 minutes of getting into our room (on the 18th floor at the end of the hall so it was nice and quiet and away from the elevators and foot traffic), Joshua, one of the very nice and very professional front desk clerks, came upstairs with a bottle of very good wine and card wishing us the best.
