1. The dude on reception who checked us in barely made eye contact with us and didn't seem interested at all - is it really to much to smile and say 'welcome to the radisson'? We enquired at gues services about theme park tickets and the woman at the desk gave us some bizarre sales pitch about cheaper tickets if we went to look at another hotel, which I can only assume was some kinda timeshare place, very strange indeed.

7. The welcome experience was awesome and lasted throughout the entire stay, the room was spacious, offered complimentary Wifi and included Microwave and Fridge.

8. we ranged in age from me being the youngest at 30 to step father in law being the oldest at 66 and we were all made to feel very welcome.
