5. When looking back at other peoples reviews they are correct in saying that the hotel walls are extremely thin.

Stayed one night only , never to be repeated,checked in to find cleaners dirty wash rag on top of draw chest, Bath contained hairs from previous guest, toilet seat loose ,shower pressure non existent switches on standard lamp missing ,low energy bulb on table lamp not fitted correctly and hanging loose.

7. I am not looking for the money but for an I'm sorry or I will try and correct the poorly lighted stairwell.

8. It was just one annoyance after another with the new room keys not being programmed correctly (i had to walk back and forth twice before they got it right), the ice machine on my floor not working, the toilet not flushing properly, etc.

9. We did not notify the front desk of this as we arrived very late to our room and were too exhausted to deal with it, so I cannot criticize the hotel for how this situation was handled since I did not give them the chance to correct the problem.
